All TKD and BJJ students are encouraged to attend our BJJ seminars at the East academy this weekend (Jan 15 and 16). Master J.R. Hensley from Gulfport, MS will be
teaching seminars on Friday for juniors at 5 PM and adults at 7 PM. He will be teaching an instructor seminar on Saturday at 8:30 AM. A high rank testing will take place at Noon on Saturday.
