Demonstrations

TaeKwonDo Plus will perform a free demonstration for any interested group! Lasting between 5 and 30 minutes, demonstrations consist of three parts and are accompanied by easy-to-follow literature.

Part One: Safety Awareness

For presentations in front of children, a review of safety tips is given which will help children live risk-free in an increasingly violent world. Through role playing, children are shown the use of survival code words, who to trust, and who not to trust.

Part Two: Tenets of TaeKwonDo

The Tenets of TaeKwonDo are presented and defined in language easily understood by the group.

Part Three: TaeKwonDo Presentation

The third part is a demonstration of TaeKwonDo techniques and art forms. At the conclusion of this demonstration, the group is reminded that only persons trained in TaeKwonDo should attempt these techniques to avoid injury to themselves.
