TaeKwonDo
plus offers a full body work out like no other.
While many workouts in modern society concentrate on your body, TaeKwonDo
Plus takes the next step and gives mental benefits; these range from reduced
stress to increased concentration.
Physically,
students benefit from increased reflexes, coordination, strength, stamina,
flexibility, weight control, and the type of cardiovascular fitness that will
help you in your daily physical activities.
Classes
allow students to relieve stress, get in great shape, improve flexibility, and
learn valuable lessons in self-defense, this gives all students increased
self-confidence & self discipline to develop a positive attitude toward
life.
When
you begin classes we know that you will be a little apprehensive so we promise
you that we will do everything necessary to make you feel at ease. We start you
off slow, within your own ability and help you progress at your own rate. This
allows us to start new students at anytime and blend them into our classes.
Classes are divided by age level and proficiency.
This allows the staff at Bailey’s TaeKwonDo Plus to cater to children
and adults that require somewhat different curriculums and teaching methods.
